TCIL requires qualified and experienced Candidate for the post of Technical Advisor on contract basis:

Age limit                                :
      Maximum 65 years as on 01.01.2012

 Experience                            :

 25 years post qualification experience in civil works.

 Experience in city beautification works would be preferred.

 

 Job Description :

 

Ø     Providing overall supervision and direction for execution of city beautification works such as park development, pathways, lake, fountains,    city gates, statues etc.

     Ø   Checking of estimates, detailed project report, deviations as per prevailing norms of
            govt. works in Rajasthan.

  Ø     Project monitoring, coordination with client, attending review meetings

 Ø Ensuring execution of works as per PWD specs. and relevant IS codes

 Ø      Responding to Inspection Teams, visitors etc.

Consolidated Emoluments : Rs. 25,000/- p.m. incl. applicable TDS + Reimbursement of telephone (official calls) and car rental
