POWERS AND DUTIES OF OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES

The powers and duties of the officers and employees of the company stems from the provisions of the company Act, 1956 and Memorandum and Article of Association of the company. The officers and workmen of the company carry the business operations of the company in line with the objectives specified in Quality manual of the company.

While discharging duties and responsibilities, all employees are to comply with applicable provisions of the all applicable statutory and rules and regulations.
