STATEMENT OF THE BOARD & SUB COMMITTEES OF THE BOARD AND OTHER COMMITTEES. The Management of the Company is vested with the
Board of Directors. In terms of the Articles of Association
of the company, the Board of Directors shall be minimum
three Directors and maximum twelve Directors. At present,
there are four whole time Directors including the Chairman
cum Managing Director, two part-time Government Nominee
Directors. The meetings of the Board of Directors and
Committees of the Board are not accessible to the Public.
Similarly the Minutes Books of the Board of Directors and
Committees of the Board are not open for inspection by the
